but actually it is kinda like a good cook thanking you for eating a piece of her best apple pie.
We fell in love with Colorado on our trips on the NG with the Rocky Club and took those trips as a chance to explore old the abandoned ROWs and historical sites. So it was a natural when we learned that the White River Forest folks were looking for volunteers to work in the high country
for us to jump at the chance.
It was a decision that led us to doing the most rewarding and enjoyable work we have ever done.
And which also found us new lifelong friends. We'd
jump at the chance to do it all again, age and health permitting.
