The line is on hold right now till the STB makes a ruling and puts a stop to the frivolous fillings from Creede. I'm guessing the web page hasn't been updated in a while because the "concerned citizens of Creede" was Twisting stuff on the web site around, in an attempt to make Don look bad. I've been following the saga on the STB site and I think it may (hopefully) be settled soon.
