As an update, my source when I wrote that for our latest issue notified me of the locomotive possibly being brought out for display at some point in the coming months.
The Christmas wreath was still on there last week, which makes me wonder if either someone likes it too much, or hasn't even bothered to open up the smokebox door for a peek...a Form 4 is definitely in order if they go through with plans to run "Rachel" on a street railway service.
