Bob,
As far as we can tell, numbers 19 and 20 never burned oil on the Sumpter Valley. They were often seen with straight stacks, but it appears that the railroad removed the Rushtons when fire danger was low. Baldwin Mikado number 17 was converted to oil in August of 1940 though.
