Ted;
Work on both the water tank and 103 are planned for 2005. It is my understanding that 103 will be painted in WW&F Ry livery since the coach is on a ten year lease. My guess is that it will have a number in the next sequence of coach numbers.

I looked hard for the crocuses but I'll take your word for it. I'll have to remember to bring up some bulbs for planting during the Fall Track Meet. I'll also speak with the Landscaping and Grounds Dept....
