Brake question

March 16, 2005 06:38PM
Over the course of the winter in my spare time, I have been repairing all the spare triple valves we have had kicking around at SVRy. These are H1 and K1's. This week in my spare time I started working on a triple valve that appears to be NY Air Brakes's answer to the H1 or K1. It is marked F1. It has the same 2 stud mounting as the WABCO H1 and K1, but is quite different internally. Has anyone out there had experience with one these NY valves? If overhauled will it work properly in a consist of cars with K1's?
