Actually 346 got her original tender from Montezuma when Richardson bought her. It is badly rotted and hence the use of 318's tender. From the looks of things the CRRM is going to build a new tank and frame for 346's old tender and use it. That will free up 318's tender, which also needs rebuilding, for when it is finished. This is all speculation though as I don't know anything concrete.
