There's another builders plate on ebay now. This is what you look for with builders plates or number plates off of steam locomotives...UNTOUCHED...it's as it came off the loco, not cleaned. I'd still ask the seller for a photo of the backside of the plate as well. It's not narrow gauge, but it's D&RG! [cgi.ebay.com]
