I closely inspected the car at the Orange Empire Trolley Museum , near Perris , California ,nearly 20 years ago .It was in excellent condition for its age ,complete and covered with D&RG castings ,etc . I do not know the car's history ,but the WP part sounds right . I do not know if the car is still in Perris .I do not think so ,but it has been awhile since have be en there . The OETM is a very interesting museum .There a number of LA Railways(3"6") cars ,dual gauge operation (several Pacific Electric cars run as well).A new edition is Ward Kimball's narrow gauge collection ,but alas ,it is not open to the general public . The volunteers are cooperative ,however ,and will open it up if asked . Included in the collection is a Nevada Central 2-6-0 ,several SPng freight cars in varying conditions ,and a rare SPng combine .
