And what sort of 3' gauge power is running in Columbia these days, aside from the few Baldwin 4-8-2's and a 4-8-0 used in tourist service?
There were some pretty good sized Baldwin 2-8-8-2T's there at one time, I believe.
I would guess everything else is pretty much US-built diesels.
