This arrangement was not a "draw". Originally this was a NG stub switch. The left track was (is) the north leg of the wye, while the right track was a siding that paralleled the yard and tied back in to the south leg of the wye. It was there to serve the coal company that operated inside the wye in the 1940's and 50's.
When the Rockhill Trolley museum started adding SG rails, they just added both on the outisde of the switch so the existing switch could be used to get NG equipment in either direction. The track to the right was rerouted just around the bend to hard left, passed in front of the red caboose, then tied back into the left track just before the wye switch. The NG rail would have either stopped at the point where the track was redirected or continued on part of its original path. As such, the switch back in would have been SG into Dual gauge.
Today the SG rail is gone from the wye track (left) as it was rarely used. The NG rail is now gone from the right track. SG is laid down part of the original path of the siding as a storage stub ended siding alongside the two red buildings.
The map below is not 100% correct, but it give the general layout.
