Hm I cant get the article to load.
From reading it, I seem to remember a bit about how the city actually owed Railstar money for some bridge (?) work which caused said late payment.
Regardless, the local goverment up there does not seem to care, they jsut seem to want the smelly, dangerous train off their valuable land.
