I started to post this under Fritz's post below, but that thread has steered itself toward the Silver Vista.
My question about returning 476 to service brings up what has been posted here a time or two in the last few years.
Will 476 receive a new boiler since the old one has to be lifted to repair the frame? I seem to recall that there were concerns about the age of the old one and making it compliant with new FRA rules that were not in effect when 476 was pulled from active service.
Perhaps the old one can still be used, it's certainly newer than some of the older relics that are being considered for restoration elsewhere.
