I believe the swedish train you are talking about is in Hull, Quebec (near Ottawa). In addition to the engine (standard gauge 2-8-0) and the passenger cars, they have a couple of 2 axles freight cars and a diesel loco (BB, Nohab-EMD), all coming from sweden (except the prime mover and traction motors of the diesel, made by GM for Nohab in Sweden).
They have kept the european hook type manual couplers, kind of weird to see that in north America...
