Mr. PRSL,
As I read your posts, (and I do read them all for you do have a lot of interesting information) I am also reminded of a past time in my life when I wrote more than a few memos in a similar tone to some of your posts.
In another industry, I was considered to be an expert in my field, and in time, I got self rightous about my knowledge and got pretty incensed when it was discounted or my advice ignored.
What I never realised was that my venom was corroding me far more than it affected anyone else.
Then in 1995, my body rebelled, and I had a heart attack. When my own flesh told me it had had enough, I began to finally understand.
Safety First! Why do we say that? Because we know in our minds that life is precious. When our hearts learn the lesson, we know that the time we are given is short. Time spent in anger and conflict is wasted.
Live life.
Now, back to roller vs. friction bearings
