more or less, the original location of the SP Depot was in the general vacinity of the West side of theI-70 overpass. The tracks came up the palacaide and followed what is today, the diagonal track in the Plume yard of the Loop railroad. When they reached where mountain street is today, that was the location of Mile marker 54, the tracks then continued to curve to the right and go onward to the depot and the pavillion buiding.
That has been my understanding of the locations. Hope that helps you place it a bit better.
