The Anacortes Railway ceased operations in 1999 after it's founder, Tommy Thompson, passed away. The tracks and facilities are still in place in downtown Anacortes. The last I heard the family had not yet determined what to do with the locomotive and rolling stock. You can see pictures of the locomotive and rolling stock on my web site (link down below the picture).
I've included a picture of a similar compressed air locomotive from the Homestake mine that is on display at the Inland Empire RR Museum in Spokane WA.
I also have pictures of the compressed air locos at the Colorado Mining Museum but they'd need to be scanned.
