Here is the correct link that Josh posted after the he mistakenly posted first. That is probably the one you've been trying.
I can't tell you what it's pointed at today, because it's all black. But it does still work. At least some of the time, anyway.
I'd like it better if it could be pointed toward 6th St. (oops, I mean College Street in today's Durango). But who's complaining? I think the webcam is great. When it works.
