Dear Ted:
D&RG #406 received a new boiler in April, 1914, as written on the June 11&12, 1919 ICC Valuation inventory statement. Jackson Thode added the information that the #406 received its 'last' general repairs in March 1919. #406 was at Alamosa when the inventory was made. Seems that that should answer the question.
