24 Degrees was the tightest curves on the D&RGW and RGS narrow gauges. That is an approximate radius of 239 feet. I believe the D&S had several in the tight canyon between Elk Park and Silverton but these may have been eased somewhat in later years. Grades were compensated for the degree of curvature, eased in tight curves and back to full on straightaways. An engineer would have to give you the figures on compensation.
As far as the Enterprise Branch is concerned, it went out of service so early that it is hardly worthy of consideration. Trams were a much better way!
