Has anybody looked into the tax implications of having this track layed? In The Rainbow Route, there is some discussion regarding the later years of the SRR that it continued to be taxed based on the number of miles of track it had, even though not all of it is used.
This is likewise a reason often sited in ICC abandonment hearings. By pulling the tracks, they reduce the tax burden on the conpany.
Is there a similar concern here?
Also, Why connect the tracks back up? Are you planning on using them often, or at all? Other than using them to put the newly aquired cars by the building, what is the purpose?
