Hi Ted:
It is my understanding that the CRF in Antonito will be used for restoring the CATS collection of historic passenger cars and freight cars, not the cars used in everyday passenger service. The Commission is responsible for building new passenger cars and they have used the engine shop in Antonito for that purpose.
