And also as part of the collection and inside the building is West Side Lumber Co. caboose #7. The car was built in 1949 by West Side. The car was resheathed in 1994 after arriving at Perris. The previous owner(s) had removed the siding from one side -- so prior to being placed in the display building complete new sheathing was applied.
Boy, the West Side framing of the car body was real simple.
