The cars that came from the White Pass were all Framed Tanks. The Loop had three Frameless Tanks only one of which was railworthy.
The CRRM got two Framed Tanks out of the eight brought back to Colorado. The CRRM and the loop worked a deal to trade one for one so that both would have a Framed and a Frameless.
