The name "Georgetown Loop Railroad, Inc." is owned by the Ashbys/Greksas.
The CHS got a trademark on "Georgetown Loop Railroad" in July.
Technically, two different names.
It could be interesting if the Ashbys/Greksas were to use "Georgetown Loop Railroad, Inc." on one operation and CHS uses Georgetown Loop Railroad on this one. I don't know patent/trademark law very well, but I suspect that both sides would have a good case to have the other not use the name.
