Ed,
You are correct. We have been given no reason to trust CHS, and after observing thee outright lies and underhanded dealings that have been going on around here, none of feel like we could turn our backs upon them. While we cannot prove it, there is also a feeling that Railstar is implicit in some behind-the-scenes dealings with CHS.
