While in Silverton last month I noticed D&RGW stock car #5605. The car has been converted into some type of rider car (many years ago given the car's current condition) and has C&TS (Cumbres & Toltec) lettering showing through beneath its current (and well worn) D&RGW lettering.
Does anyone know about this car's history? Who made it into a rider car, when was it on the C&TS and when did teh Durango & Silverton get it?
