That's a nice Clock (although to me it looks British - but I'm no judge, Mom says it maybe northeastern US). The sidewalk looks very good.
Unfortunately, it detracts from the Western atmosphere of Chama. I had no problems with the concrete sidewalks for tourists in bad weather, but a red clock does not fit. Mom suggests that the red clashes with the Western motif. Maybe painted a "color that echoes the natural suroundings" Mom says. Maybe a tan or black.
The photos of the sidwalks by the store fronts looked fine to this eastern tenderfoot (yeah, I poke fun at myself also), but I think a muted tan would look better and the brickwork walking area might look better with maybe a cactus garden.
I'll still be coming out, but in another thread, Fritz Klink said Durango has changed and I think that it applies to Chama as well (although not nearly to that extent, yet). Of course the C&TS parking lot was a warehouse when the D&RGW shut down. Oh well, change happens.
