Hey, I'd settle for a repeat of the event depicted in JB's photo. Maybe on a future Fall Photo Train? Sumpter is an excellent venue for photos.

About the only place you could do a White Pass "reunion" is at Dollywood. They have a pair of former White Pass engines, but they don't have the selection of freight cars that the folks in Sumpter do. Hey, its not beyond the realm of possibility that White Pass could even trade the fully-assembled 69 to Dollywood for the 73-class kit that's still on the property. The way we hear it, the 69 isn't going to run in Skagway anymore.
