Never mind... I studied the bottom photo, with the coal chute in the distance behind the roundhouse. Looks like Alamosa now... interesting that Alamosa, with lots of traffic and coal use, and very little precipitation, gets a covered coal chute. I'd expect that where there's a lot of snow and rain.
