I remember Pete Rogers Sr., the Std. Oil boilermaker at Richmond, doing this to ex-Pickering Lbr. Corp. Heisler 5 at Point Richmond in 1970
when we got her running again. He had it annealed in the Refinery before bringing it outside. There was a lot of this that went on with the
tacit approval of the Company.
