The Pioche & Bullionville R.R. had three locos, all purchased new, an 0-4-0T by National, a 2-6-0 by National, and a 2-6-0 by Grant.

The Pioche Pacific R.R. had six locos, an 0-6-0T, an 0-6-2T, three 2-truck Shays, and a Schenectady 2-6-0: shop No. 50829, built in 1912 for the Chicago & North Western Ry., for a C&NW narrow gauge branch line in Wisconsin. It was C&NW 2nd 279. This C&NW narrow gauge line was abandoned in 1926, and 2nd 279 was sold to the Pioche Pacific in 1927. It retained No. 279 on the Pioche Pacific. I've seen this loco, a long time ago. It is/was on display in Pioche, Nevada, in somewhat sad shape.
