Are they laying more track in Como this year?

I saw a couple months ago the discussion concerning progress in Como, but not much news lately, even on their website. I was wondering if the Denver South Park & Pacific groups are going to extend their track toward the wye. I heard there was some land owner who was not very cooperative about crossing a portion of the old route. Has any progress been made in that regard? It would be great to have more track for Klondike Kate to really stretch her legs, not to mention that it might be fun some day to take Eureka there some day if they got some more track and were interested. Any news or thoughts?
