Re: Colorization vs B&W

Many of us are interested in historical research. Some scholarly and yes, even including modelers wanting to know how many rivets to count. Nothing brings out the detail like a high resolution, continuous tone, B&W photo made from a large format neg. Colorization adds no value because the colors usually aren't even close to accurate, and the process often obscures valuable detail.
