No, not all had GRAMPS. As far as anyone knows once a car was painted GRAMPS it stayed that way till the end. I don't think any ever had the GRAMPS lettering removed.
Generally the cars weren't repainted just patched when they changed the numbers or restenciled the inspection markings.
The car I posted a photo of (88177) was never a GRAMPS car.
