At this time the 5 was under lease from Universal Studios to the museum. Twenty years later or so the museum acquired and disassembled her for restoration. I was blessed to be present on the day she was first fired up after restoration. Since that time I have made many trips to see "Tahoe" at the museum, and boy oh boy she runs great for her age! She is the oldest running NG loco in the country, at 149 years and going strong.
