SVRy #18 Ready to Depart

Perhaps this is not the best composed shot we can find, but unlike the one I posted a few days ago, Sumpter Valley #18 is on the rails. This view was taken about 1935 by Earl Emlaw at the timetable west end of the South Baker yard. This would be typically where a train would be made up ready to head up country, which is likely the case in this shot. The scan is from the SVRR Archive.
