Wood beam K-28 and K-36-7 plows are essentially the same. K-28 plows are notched to go around the air pump. 487's plow was at one time on a K-28 as it has notches that are covered by a metal plate where the plow is up against the smoke box. K-27 plows are a different animal as are the steel beam plows.
