6) K28 473 in Silverton after our arrival. Note that righteous Diamond Stack and the buses for the one-way passengers, next to the old Arcade.
7) The day before our trip, K28 476 prepares to head out with the first train. I included this pic to show where they use to store the private cars. In a fenced off spur in what is now McDonalds. Note Cinco Animas is peeking out behind 476's air compressor. When visiting Durango I saw the Cinco Animas and the Nomad on the trains. But never saw the Rio Grande's B7, the General Palmer. Does anyone have a photo of it in service on the Silverton?
