42's frame is probably no worse than any of the other small C class or ten wheelers still around. They all had such long careers and went through so many rough days, so they all have had lots of welding rod thrown at them. 20 we all know how bad it was, 41s had many weld repairs a section out of alignment, 340, 346, 315, 318, all have beat up frames. None of of which prevented them from operating. Frames can be repaired.
