My copy arrived in the mail two days ago. I enjoyed reading the Hugh Fowler remembrance and learning about the man. Gotta say I'm impressed he took it upon himself to wear his engineer's hat and had train noise piped into the Senate while he was promoting the acquisition bill to his colleagues. A dedicated railfan -- and one with a worthy cause -- for sure.
