This issue includes the schedule for the upcoming 2024 Work Sessions, a report on the why and how the purchase of diesel Locomotive 114 from the White Pass and Yukon Ry will affect the operation of the Cumbres & Toltec (don't panic!), an interview with the new General Manager of the C&TS Steve Butler, a remembrance of Hugh Fowler and how he convinced the Colorado legislature to agree to purchase the Railroad from the D&RG and a summary of the 2023 Work Sessions E, F and G and the latest on the restoration of D&RG Express Car 163 i Colorado Springs.
