JB,

This photo is identified in several books as the 2 foot gauge Gilpin Tramway Co. at their engine house near the Hidden Treasure Mill at the upper (north) end of Black Hawk, Colorado, back before its abandonment in 1917. Note the steel 2' gauge GT ore cars to the far left of the photo, the 2' excursion car behind the center engine and the C&S three foot wooden gondolas to the right of the photo.
