This car contains some more of Smitty’s work. This is now standing in the Carcross, Yukon depot. He built the chassis in the late 1990’s as standard gauge, and put an ex-California & Nevada R.R., Fairmont RK-B engine in it. After 1999, it was converted to 3-foot. In 2005, it was sold to the White Pass. White Pass put a new cab on it, with the expectation that they would use it as an inspection car. But, almost immediately, the engine failed and it was never used for its intended purpose. In 2009, it was put on display at the Carcross depot.
