Doubleheading Chama to Azotea.

There is a bit of uphill pulling out of Willow Greek westbound from Chama, and in the winter the "except in snow service when authorized" proviso occasionally resulted in post 1958 winter doubleheading from Chama to Azotea, where the helper would be cut loose to run light to Gato.
