Appreciate all of the knowledge and feedback.

I am aware this was something a brakeman just threw up on the tender for his own well-being. As mentioned I do have a copy of the photo in the DPL collection of the rear of it, I was merely hoping someone happened to have a photo of another angle of this jerry rigged contraction.
