For those who might be wondering 41 is back at the farm safe a sound. She was unloaded on the night of Monday the 4th. This past week she was reassembled for testing and training. D&S employees were on hand to assist Knott's employees with the work and training. She made some light engine runs and even ran for a day pulling Parlor car Durango around.
I was not on hand but a friend was and supplied these photos. It is a little bitter sweet to see her back at the farm, rather than in Colorado, but she will be back to work for her railroad soon enough keeping guests and SoCal railfans happy. She looks great, runs even better, and will be well cared for.

41 rolls along side the iconic log ride, with parlor car Durango in tow.
