The Billmeyer & Smalls car was originally built as a full coach. It was later converted to a combine. unfortunately, it is currently in very bad shape. The NSRM BC is planning on putting a shelter over it, but when that will happen is anybody's guess. In the meantime I built a replica from scratch, but, I built it as a combine. (Ya got to have a place to load the beer and other necessities of life.)
Randy Hees the retired director of the NSRM BC knows more of the history of the cars that came from the Calusa Lake railroad and might see your post nd answer your question better than me.
