BOB,
I believe CHS bought 5 cars in Durango.
They will make their way to Silver Plume one way or another, with a stop to a restoration shop prior - perhaps.
Glenn Sharp and Marlin Uhrich are good at what they do. If CHS/Railstar has their checkbook out, they might as well give money to qualified people.
CHS/Railstar has much bigger mountains to climb if they have a snowball's chance of getting a steam railroad going by next May as they have publicly stated.
