Need a truck to haul a car

Trying to help a friend move his drop bottom from Durango. After the Sundown & Southern sale there was a trucker, I believe from Plattville, that had a trailer with rails mounted on it that hauled away many of the cars. The front of his trailer lowered to ground level so an expensive crane was not required to load or unload a car.
Does anyone know if this individual still has that setup and how to contact him, or of anyone else with similar capabilities?
